Domestic shipments : We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

International shipments:
For international orders shipping charge of INR 5000/- or its approximate equivalent in foreign currency amongst others will be applicable depending on the volumetric dimensions / weights, whichever is higher. Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, vary currency rates and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

All of NACHIKET BARVE orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. NACHIKET BARVE  and the courier service takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.                                                          


Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier and alteration charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer. Alteration service is only available for domestic purchases.

All payments made against the purchases/services on NACHIKET BARVE by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Nachiket Barve. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.

NACHIKET BARVE may employ Razorpay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by NACHIKET BARVE which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

NACHIKET BARVE  endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if NACHIKET BARVE fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, NACHIKET BARVE may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, or by factors such as a lockdown, pandemic outbreak, government restrictions, transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
