The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with approx. conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.As an Made in India brand, we work with Indian fabrics and techniques such as dyeing, printing, embroidery and texturing. The inherent nature of these factors ensures that every piece is unique. Variations in fabric texture, slubs, dyeing, embroidery, tailoring cannot be treated as manufacturing defects.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our site as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately. Please do document your purchase with an unboxing video in case you wish to establish that the product was received in a damaged or faulty condition by you. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges where possible. This may not be possible for customised or made to order pieces. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a credit note if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
