Our products follow a triple layer quality check before dispatch and are sent to the customer after intense scrutiny. In case you received an opened or damaged package, do not accept it from the shipping company. Please do send us an unboxing video in case of any queries regarding quality. We will not be able to process any returns, exchanges or refunds except in the case of a wrong item being shipped to the customer.
